Sheada Madani is an associate at Johnson, Auvil & Pratico, P.A., where she practices Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Contract Law, Business Organization and Estate Planning. Ms. Madani has been honored as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Real Estate Law, and is experienced serving clients with complex issues related to buying and selling real estate, construction matters, land use and development, and Estate Planning. Ms. Madani is a regular guest lecturer throughout Florida on Construction Lien Law. Ms. Madani was born in Dade City, Florida, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and her law degree from the Stetson University College of Law. Ms. Madani has practiced law in Pasco County and the surrounding areas since her graduation from law school. Ms. Madani was born and raised in Dade City, and is very committed to her hometown. She joined the firm in March 2005, and since that time, has been actively involved in the community through leading roles in many local non-profit organizations. Ms.Madani currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Pasco Regional Medical Center, as is a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County, Inc., and, Downtown Dade City Main Street, Inc., where she has served as Past President. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and Florida Gator Football. |
