P. Hutchison “Hutch” Brock, II, is a shareholder at Johnson, Auvil, Brock & Pratico, P.A., and has been a trial lawyer for over two decades. Practicing primarily as a Personal Injury Attorney, his clients likewise include local and regional businesses who desire his tactical and trial skills to navigate their business disputes. Mr. Brock has 22 years of experience serving clients with complex issues related to auto accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, premises liability claims, employment disputes and general civil litigation matters. He has handled trials from Tallahassee to Miami-Dade County, as well as in his home town of Dade City and all counties in the Tampa Bay Region. Among one of Mr. Brock’s greatest achievements is gaining the recognition of the top national publication in the field of law, Martindale-Hubbell. Based on recommendations of fellow attorneys, Mr. Brock was granted the esteemed “AV” rating, which is the premier distinction a lawyer can receive for ability and ethics in the practice of law. Only a select group of attorneys ever reach this milestone. Mr. Brock was born in Dade City, Florida, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Brock has practiced law in Central Florida and the surrounding areas since 1990. When he isn’t litigating Mr. Brock is likely found with his family. The father of four active teenagers, he and his wife are ardent supporters of local and high school sports and his beloved hometown. They love to fish the fertile pass at Boca Grande, sneak away when they can to Florida’s Gulf Coast and he is also an avid, yet average golfer. He is the Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of the Pasco Education Foundation, is Co-Chair of the Committee for the Renewal of the Penny for Pasco Tax and on the Board of the Lacoochee Area Redevelopment Corporation. Hutch is a proud member of Gator Nation and is a lifelong season ticket holder.
