Leonard H. Johnson is a shareholder at Johnson, Auvil, Brock & Pratico, P.A., where he practices Real Estate Law, Business and Banking Law, Construction Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Johnson has more than three decades of experience serving clients with complex issues related to buying and selling real estate and businesses, construction matters, land use and development, and Estate Planning. Mr. Johnson handles a wide variety of transactions from sale of privately held businesses to publicly traded companies, to the set up of family businesses. Mr. Johnson was born in Thomasville, Georgia, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Johnson has practiced law in Pasco County and the surrounding areas since 1981. When Mr. Johnson isn’t practicing law, he can often be found enjoying the great outdoors while bird hunting, boating, fishing, enjoying an occasional game of golf and snow skiing when the powder’s just right. An avid fan of Gator Nation, he also sits on the Board of Directors of Gator Boosters, Inc. He is also very active in the Methodist Church. |
