The Dade City, Florida, based law firm of Johnson, Auvil, Brock, & Wilson P.A., announces that Sheada Madani has joined the firm as an associate attorney in March 2005.

Miss Madani is a native of Dade City, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2000, where she was a member and President of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority and a member of Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary. Miss Madani obtained her law degree from Stetson University College of Law where she served as a Student Ambassador, and Research Assistant to Professor Julian Kossow. While in law school, Miss Madani studied Emerging Markets and Transitional Democracies, focusing on European Union Law, in Tallinn, Estonia.

Sheada MadaniMiss Madani is a member of the United States Middle District of Florida, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Pasco County Bar Association. She will devote her practice at Johnson, Auvil, Brock & Wilson, P.A., to real estate and property law, contract law, commercial transactions and estate planning and probate.

Miss Madani joins shareholders Leonard H. Johnson, Jonathan L. Auvil, P. Hutchison Brock, II, and James R. Wilson at Johnson, Auvil, Brock & Wilson, P.A. Members of the firm have practiced in Dade City since 1981. The firm's practice areas are real estate and title insurance law, construction litigation, commercial law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wills and probate, and general civil litigation, in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, and throughout Central Florida.

Mr. Johnson began his law practice in Dade City in 1981 after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law. He has been in private practice in Dade City continuously since that time, and has focused his practice on business and commercial transactions and litigation, real estate and title insurance transactions and litigation, construction and banking law. He is also admitted to practice law in the states of Colorado and New York.

Mr. Auvil, a fourth generation Dade City resident, graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1982, and joined the firm in 1991 after practicing with the law firm of H. Clyde Hobby, P.A., in New Port Richey. He has focused his practice on real estate and title insurance transactions, as well as estate planning and probate.

Mr. Brock began his law practice with the Tampa based law firm of Fowler, White after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law, initially practicing in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury. After moving his practice to Dade City and joining the firm, Mr. Brock's law practice is now devoted to general civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home claims, business, real estate and contract disputes, and land use. Mr. Brock is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Wilson, a native of Dade City, began his legal career in private practice in Tampa working primarily in the fields of insurance defense and personal injury law. He has practiced for over 14 years and has extensive civil trial and mediation experience. He is a member of the U.S. Middle District of Florida, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Section, and the Florida Bar. He has focused his practice at Johnson, Auvil, Brock & Wilson, P.A., to personal injury law, insurance claims and disputes, employment litigation, and commercial and construction litigation. He is also a certified circuit court mediator.

In addition to their law practice, the shareholders of the firm maintain a strong civic commitment to Dade City. P. Hutchison "Hutch" Brock, II, is currently Mayor of Dade City, is a former President of the Pasco County Bar Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Pasco County. Both Mr. Brock and Mr. Johnson have previously served as President of Downtown Dade City Main Street, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Johnson was the first chairman of the City of Dade City Downtown Redevelopment Committee, which was the predecessor of the Dade City Community Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of Directors of WEDU, the public broadcast station headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The firm, through Mr. Auvil's efforts, was previously recognized as the Affiliate of the Year by the East Pasco Association of Realtors. Messrs. Johnson, Auvil, Brock and Wilson are very involved in leadership positions at their churches, and the firm is an active supporter of the East Pasco YMCA, Downtown Dade City Main Street, WEDU, and the annual youth steer and hog sales at the Pasco County Fair.

The firm was founded in 1990, and today continues its mission of providing first rate legal services in a small town setting.
